Bangamata Gold Cup Final Match Now On May 4

The final of the ongoing Bangamata Under-19 Women’s  International Gold Cup football tournament deferred by a day when the final match will take place on May 4 instead of May 3.

But the venue and time will remain same, the Bangabandhu National Stadium and at 6pm.
BFF general secretary Abu Nayeem Shohag  confirmed yesterday that they deferred the schedule due to non-availability of the chief guest Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

Prime Minister Hasina was invited to hand over the trophies to the winners as chief guest in the final, Prime Minister office confirmed BFF yesterday that she (prime minister) will be available on May 4 and therefore the schedule of the final has been deferred.

Meanwhile, Bangamata Gold Cup tournament, after the name of the mother of Prime Minster Sheikh Hasina started from April 22 with six teams including hosts Bangladesh are taking part in the 13 days competition.
